Set up can be previously arranged via email. We can accommodate almost any requests including but not limited to the following:

• Catering
• Table and chair arrangements
• Drink packages
• Decoration (provided by host),
• Equipment and lighting (may be subject to extra fees).

Any other requests shall be taken into consideration. Just email us. 

Cancellation Policy is 14 Days. After 14 Days 50% costs will be fixed. 5 Days before 100% of booking will be fixed. Although this can be used for a future booking in the form of a credit.
